When Don Granato left the IceCats due to illness, the team had a playoff spot.
When Kitchen came to fill in with his assistance, well, you know the story.
While Kitchen was coach for the Blues this year, well, you know the story.
Go figure --- WHO should have left & WHO should have stayed!!!!!!
I wish Don the best. While I know there are people who did not care for his style of coaching, he ALWAYS had time to talk to us. I never saw him act in public in an unprofessional manner when dealing with his team on what had happened on the ice -- unlike two circumstances we witnessed in away cities by other coaches. There are many hockey players that have gone on and have had excellent careers under Don's leadership.

| Talk about a scapegoat! I thought he did a terrific job here. I met him once and he was extraordinarily nice and very real. I agree that this might end up being a positive for him in the long run if he can hook up witha better organization. Good luck, Don!! |

| Nope, I think they are showing him the door...and as I said above I think that's the best thing that could happen for him in his coaching career. |

| i have been to some games when the cats were here don did a great job coaching us remember he won a lot of awards and one players hearts to come to worcester tell him to join the sharks we will love to have him back best of luck to u don and hoping everything is ok with your illness |
